1 Acceptance of Terms

53phsky reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. These may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on 53phsky. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. 53phsky uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice and any balances may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering on 53phsky. This includes your real full name as it appears on your government ID, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a Philippine mobile number. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 53phsky login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission, notify 53phsky immediately at support@53phsky.best. 53phsky will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Personal Use Only

Your 53phsky account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account to place bets, make deposits, or conduct any other activity, even if that person has your permission. Accounts used by or on behalf of someone other than the registered account holder may be closed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from ₱50 for e-wallet transactions. Minimum withdrawal amounts start at ₱100. Maximum transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be adjusted based on your account verification level.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your 53phsky account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. If you have claimed a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is allowed.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

53phsky is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. We reserve the right to request documentation for any transaction we deem necessary to review. Deposits may only be made from payment accounts that belong to the registered account holder. Any funds deposited for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and the account will be closed immediately.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 53phsky are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. In the event of a conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence.

• Bets are final once confirmed. 53phsky does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets unless a clear technical error has occurred on our end.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error or system error, 53phsky reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds typically carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 53phsky. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Opening more than one account on 53phsky.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence is revoked immediately upon account closure or violation of these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 53phsky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 53phsky account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules. Once all pending transactions are completed, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.2 Closure by 53phsky

53phsky reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, irregular betting patterns, or non-compliance with identity verification requests. In cases of suspected fraud or AML violations, balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in confirmed cases.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. 53phsky may charge a monthly maintenance fee on dormant accounts as stated in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified before any fees are applied.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
